Laura & Jack has been brilliant for us and our dogs.

They turn up in time every day,very communicative,and flexible with time if need be.

Laura and Jack took excellent care of our two cats, including dispensing medication to one twice a day. We got regular updates and photos to reassure us. Very good rates, and we’re able to accommodate us at short notice, too! I highly recommend Laura and Jack, lovely friendly people who care about animals ☺️ We will certainly be using them again!

Fantastic service with regular updates on our dogs. Can’t recommend this company enough, very thorough with initial booking to ensure ours and our dogs needs were met. And the best part was the dogs loved seeing them! They even fed the fish when we forgot to add the weekend feeder pellet to the tank! I Would 1 million percent recommend Whitestone pet services and have literally told all my doggy friends about them. Elmo had been to a kennel twice and he did not get on very well and I just did not feel comfortable going away on holiday and him being in one , I came across there page on Facebook and contacted them. From start to finish laura has been absolutely amazing. She came to my home to meet myself and Elmo and as soon as she walked in my door it just felt right she has so much experience with animals and told me all about animals she has helped train and with Elmo being a rescue from Romania there was no judging. For the 10 nights she followed my routine on a day to day basis ,she kept me updated with walks sent me pictures ,there was a heat wave at home and she was up in morning taking him at silly o clock and same late at night to make sure he was safe. I was able to go away and feel 💯 confident that Elmo was in very safe hands, and to top it of bless her heart she had even got milk and bread in for us for when we got home 🥰 Elmo was so happy to see us when we got home but he was also so relaxed and did not seem phased at all so will 100%be using them again , I actually think he loved being with Laura 🥰 so Thankyou laura so much 😘

I Cannot recommend this company enough. i look after a small group of semi wild ponies for the elderly owner and decided i could no longer keep up with the twice a day 7 days a week 7 days schedual. Whitestone pet services were contacted and instantly arranged to cover the days i no longer could do myself with immediate effect. The ponies have taken a great liking to the new humans arriving on their yard. After only a couple of weeks into the routine the semi wild stallion had an injury in the field, knowing full well he wouldnt be easy to deal with alone i rang Laura from Whitestones, she came out immediately and already had a headcollar on the wild boy before the vet arrived. since then she has been with us for every vet visit over the past 5 weeks (twice a week) as and when the vets arranged to come out for dressing changes and constantly remains positive and very calm in this very difficult situation.

After caring for the ponies by myself for over 10 years i admit i was nervous about leaving someone else in charge whilst im away but i can honestly say from the first meeting i had no worries about leaving Whitestone pet services in complete charge in my absence.
